CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy I understand that life happens — illness, emergencies, and unexpected situations come up. All I ask is that you communicate with me as soon as possible. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their deposit and be charged 30% of the service cost. No-call no-shows will forfeit their deposit and be charged 30% of the service cost and will also be banned from booking. This policy helps protect my time. Thank you for understanding and respecting my schedule.
